Free-Proxy.Be
Website: http://free-proxy.be/Free-Proxy.Be was created in January 2009. As you can probably guess, it was web based proxy. It had to be a fresh and light design with "Vista Buttons", the website was not equipped with a CMS but it did have a statistics & link partner system. It also had a simple contact page.
